1. How do we receive notifications on enche promotion /sales?

You can receive our notification on latest promotions by installing our mobile apps and turn on the notification button at your mobile settings.

2. How to change my web or app language preference?

Website: click language option bars at the top right> select your preferred language and the language would be automatically changed according to your preference.
Mobile application: Select my account> select “setting”> select the language option> choose your preferred language option> click on the “apply” button and the language would be automatically changed according to your preference.

3. How to add/edit my payment details?

Login to your account> select “My account” option> Go to “Manage my account” option> select “My payment option”>Click add/edit payment method> Select either “add credit card” or “add bank account details”> fill in the required details and click “save”

4. How to write a feedback for purchased items?

Option 1 (manual method): Go to “My account”> Click on “Purchase history”>Click at purchased item option> Click on the “Send feedback/Review”> Add your review/ feedback or rating on the purchased item or services.

Option 2 (when you receive a push notification): Click and open the notification> Click on the “Send feedback/Review”> Add your review/ feedback or rating on the purchased item or services.

5. How can I provide my feedback and ratings on enche?

Option 1(Ratings through Google Play Store or Apple App Store): Go to search tab> search for “enche”> choose our app by clicking on the logo> Rate at “Tap to rate” or leave your comment at “write a review”

Option 2 (through website): Go to “Contact us”> Click on “Send feedback”> Click on the hyperlink to fill the feedback form

6. How to login or sign up to enche?

Login: Go to enche platform > click on “login” > key in your ID and Password > click “Submit” button.
Sign up: Go to enche platform > click on “Sign Up” > key in your details (name, telephone, email address) > click on “Submit”

7. How to reset my password?

Go to settings > My Account > Click on “Reset Password” > Key in Old Password > Key in New Password > Key in Confirm New Password

8. What are the available payment methods in enche?

For normal consumer we provide Online Banking, Credit or Debit Card, Offline Payment at any 7-eleven and using e-wallet payment channel.
For business consumer, we provide Online Business Banking and Credit Card or Debit Card.

MERCHANT (B2B and B2C)

1. How to edit my profile? (Email and address)

Mobile app and website: Login to your account > go to “Settings” > Select “My Account” > Select “Edit” >fill in required details and click “Save”

2. How to sign up or login to enche?

Sing up: Go to www.enche.com/merchant > click on “Sign Up” > fill in required details > upload image SSM registration form > read and click accept on pop up of “Term and Conditions” > click submit

Login: Go to enche platform > click on “login” > key in your ID and Password > click “Submit” button.

3. What is the product’s packaging standard and requirements?

Merchants are advised to prepare and pack the parcel AS SAFELY AS possible in order to minimize any risk of item being damage during delivery process. Based on your products, you may use the following packaging material that suits your products.

4. How long is the time required for order processing?

Please refer table below:

5. How to reset my password?

Go to settings > My Account > Click on “Reset Password” > Key in Old Password > Key in New Password > Key in Confirm New Password

6. Can I change my username/shop name?

You can only change your shop name once, but if you are required to change for the second time, you can email us at [email protected] to request for change (subject to approval).

7. Does the registration to be a merchant has any incurring fee?

No sign up fee is required from merchant.

8. How long is the duration for a merchant to receive payment from enche once the goods have been received by buyer?

Merchant will receive payment from enche on request basis. Merchant shall submit request through merchant’s dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is RM100 and it will takes maximum of 3 working days. The payment will be transacted through online bank transfer (for both and B2C and B2B merchant)

9. How long is the processing time for registration as merchant?

It will take about ONE or TWO working days for merchant registration to be approved.

encheprenuer

1. What is encheprenuer?

enchepreneur is divided into two categories, which are online and offline. You may register for both categories through a single application process.

2. What are the roles for enchepreneur (online and offline)?

Online: you may share the referral links or codes of our campaign, and earn commission for every successful transaction made through the referral link.
Offline: Buy products through our consumer marketplace (B2C) platform with discounted price by using your enchepreneur ID, and start selling the products offline to generate your own income.

3. How to get my referral link or code?

You can get your referral link or code on encheprenuer dashboard once your sign up process as enchepreneur is successful.

4. How can my friend use my referral link or code?

Referral code: Upon check out process, your friend can key in your referral code before proceeding to payment process.
Referral link: your friend can click on the link which later will be redirected to our portal, and they can enjoy the promotion upon check out process.

5. How to sign up or login as enchepreneur?

Login: Go to enche platform > click on “enchepreneur”> click on “login” > key in your enchepreneur ID and Password > click “Submit” button.
Sign up: Go to enche platform > click on “enchepreneur> click on “Sign Up as enchepreneur” > key in your details (name, telephone, email address, bank details) > click on “Submit”

6. How to reset my password?

Go to settings > My Account > Click on “Reset Password” > Key in Old Password > Key in New Password > Key in Confirm New Password

7. How may I redeem my commission and loyalty points?

Commission: Go to encheprenuer dashboard > My Sales > click on “Withdrawal”> key in your bank detail > click “Submit”
Loyalty points: click on “redeem my loyalty points” before proceeding to check out process.
